Prima Pregnant Women in the Workplace



You are pregnant but still excellent in the workplace? Why not ?! Consider the following tips to keep you energetic. 

  • Reschedule the job. Try to move the work schedule "exhausting" in the morning, so when past noon you can take a rest. 
  • Take some time, but often. Use this opportunity to do the breathing and relaxation techniques. 
  • Reduce activities outside the office. Optimize the use of the telephone and internet. 
  • A time to stand and walk a little bit around your workplace. It is better to keep your blood flow. 
  • Bed early. Do not hesitate to put out the bedroom lights at 7 pm, if you do feel tired.
