Calm During Pregnancy with Autohipnosis


Create tranquility and harmony between the heart, mind, and body with menyugesti yourself while you are pregnant. This is in response to complaints that accompany pregnancy.

The various changes that occur during pregnancy generally give rise to a series of complaints. Well, autohipnosis exercise helps you see the whole process of pregnancy and childbirth as a gift to be grateful.

Well, one way or techniques that can help you to achieve peace is to autohipnosis or suggestion about themselves. Peace of mind and heart, it will eventually cultivate an attitude of accepting everything that is taking place gracefully, aka able to make peace with yourself.

Let's practice. The easiest way to start practicing autohipnosis is to get used to seeing things that are beautiful alone. That is, try to see things from a positive perspective. Then, increase it by using means or tools to achieve calm conditions, namely:

Wear comfortable clothing. Sit in a quiet room, comfortable, cool-temperate, with dim lighting. You can sit cross-legged on the carpeted floor or sit on cushions.

Turn your favorite music or song that has a tone or rhythm repeated, quiet, and gentle.

Try to concentrate on the rhythm of the sound of music or the objects that you face constantly for about 3-5 minutes. At first it may not be easy. But, with diligent practice, you will be able to achieve a state of calm.

Having managed to achieve a state of calm, start to incorporate suggestions or affirmations, which can be customized with your pregnancy.

The first trimester: state that from this moment you will always be calm face many changes, especially hormonal changes.
2nd trimester: state that you and your baby will grow up to the age of the pregnancy healthy enough to deliver.
3rd trimester: given the frequent concerns about the health condition of the fetus as well as the fear of childbirth, then state that you and your baby will always be in a state of calm and healthy.

You need to know 

  • Autohipnosis can you practice every day. When it is appropriate, depending on you. Can morning, noon, or night. Just do it for 10-15 minutes. 
  • Autohipnosis can be done while gently touching the palm of the hand to the stomach. So, once you reach a state of calm, touch the entire surface of the stomach with both hands, while the intention that through the touch of a hand this whole endorphin hormone will be collected on the wall of your uterus. 
  • The suggestion should be done during pregnancy you reach the end of the 3rd trimester to arrive in labor. Through this suggestion with a touch, the excruciating pain of the contractions that occur during labor, could not feel at all or very much reduced.
