Treat Feet at Home




Foot care is not be forgotten, even when you are pregnant. You can do it yourself at home with or without the help of others. 

  • If you feel tired, soak feet in warm water and add salt about three tablespoons in about 10 liters of warm water. In the market also sold a special salt for this foot care. 
  • Apply soap on the feet and gently massage the part between the thumb and index toe (usually the part that feels most tired). 
  • Clean spots or dirt on the skin as well as skin death by brushing with a special brush (foot file). 
  • Nail brush with a soft brush, blow-dry, then massage with liquid softener
